The Junior Web Developer will perform tasks assigned by the Sr. Web Developers with direct supervision from the Web Marketing Manager. Dialogic marketing is primarily business to business marketing with limited direct end user marketing. Increasingly the web offers opportunities for different, better or more effective ways of communicating with our partners and new prospects. They are responsible for day-to-day site design and creation, and will assist colleagues in the web development team on technical aspects of the web site, including performance issues such as speed of access. The Jr. Web Developer should be interested in inspiring all marketing colleagues to find creative web opportunities and ideally should take a degree of self initiative to look at problems in new ways. Provide assistance for the development and administration of web content. This includes supporting the teams need in building out or supporting GEO sites, campaign initiatives, and coordinating authors and contributors to ensure content is up to date and where needed assist in uploading of content or editing. Other duties include HTML email and landing page development, site development through using a content management system (Eprise), and web graphic development.

Confidently writes the four basic SQL statements.
Possesses knowledge of various database access methods.

Programming Languages:
Possesses working knowledge of at least one structured programming language.
Exhibits proficiency in HTML and one scripting language
Efficient in cross browser testing and site Q/A.
Understands Search Engine Optimization best Practices.
Familiarity with Web 2.0 platforms and website trends
Possesses working knowledge of, but not limited to XML/RSS, CSS, Ajax/JQuery, Net C#, VB programming, MS SQL, Photoshop
Additional knowledge of these programs a plus: SilkRoad Eprise CMS experience, Flash / Action Script, SalesForce API, MS IIS Management Architecture
Demonstrates basic knowledge of object and component methodology and technology.
Possesses basic knowledge of classes, components, objects, and interfaces.
Recognizes the fundamental differences between the various internet browsers.
REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree. Advanced degrees will be accepted in lieu of years of experience.
